When it was created, INDRAERO specialized in aviation cell and engine sub-contracting. In 1955, it took part in the construction of a series of light aircraft for the Ministry of Aviation, The Aero 101.
In 1968, it designed and manufactured a two-seater airplane for the R.F.8 military school. Since then, it has worked on the major European aviation programmes as a leading or global production sub-contractor for the supply of complete assemblies delivered directly to aircraft production lines.
In order to increase its industrial potential, S.A. INDRAERO took over SIREN in 1994 and became INDRAERO SIREN in 1996.
The headquarters is in Argenton-Sur-Creuse.
The Quality Assurance System is recognized with approval from the main French aviation manufacturers, as well as recognition from the DGAC and QUALIFAS authorities.
