QUALITY SYSTEM

 

Outline:
The quality system is composed of a coherent set of documents and measures based on the following elements:

  • Three general and operating reference documents (POM,MOM,QUALITY MANUEL)
  • Line or product quality plans in addition to the manuel to meet the specific requirements of the certain contracts.
  • A set of procedures specifying the parts which are not detailed in the general reference documents.
  • A system of relevant measurements and indicators reflecting the working of the company.

These references are maintained by an organisation within the Quality Department working in accordance with three complementary approaches:

  • One centred on the procedures and products used in the workshops
  • The other on the operating and coordination processes of the departments of the company as a whole and the external interface with suppliers.
  • The last more specific on design quality and the support after sale to the customers.

The quality system is based on a company division of process in order to allow a permanent improvement.  

The homogeneity, the coherence and the follow-up of operation are ensured by the Person in charge Quality. 

Quality System Operating

The operation of the quality system is governed by three general operation reference documents

1- POM Production Organisation Manual
Destined for the national authorities and establishing the internal civil responsibilities concerning
the manufacture of new aeronautical parts.

2-MOM Maintenance Organisation Manual
Destined for the national authorities and establishing the internal civil responsibilities concerning the repair
of aeronautical structures used in operational services.

3-QUALITY MANUAL :
Structured document in accordance with the EN 9100 and ISO 9001 : V2000, destined for customers and employees and establishing
the organisation of the company in accordance with the aforementioned reference documents and detailing
the measures taken to meet the specific requirements relating to the products, projets or contracts implemented
within Indraero Siren.

These reference documents are applied by a team of competent, motivated men and women.
