METAL PRIMARY PARTS
This activity is displayed through two fields of skills developed around different technologies of metal sheet forming. They supply the whole formed parts assembled within the group and deliver to the constructors high added value components in the entire range of aerospace materials, light alloys, inox, titan.1 -
WELDING
Integrating various welding and associated non destructive control processes (radio, dye penetrant inspection, sealing) in a same area, offers us a technological know-how, enabling direct collaboration with the conception centers. Coupled on a same line with a potential forming, we are part of the leading firms capable of carrying out complex assemblies associating T.I.G., spot and seam welding, on critical components.2 -
ASSEMBLY
To complete our skills in formed primary parts, we have three assembly lines, composed of the sub-assemblies and assemblies which are carried out by Indraéro Siren as a major sub-contractor for the aerospace industry.3 -
STRUCTURAL BONDING AND COMPOSITE
The structural metal/metal or composite bonding unit supplies the entire integrated structure assemblies that we produce.4 -
PAINT & PROTECTION
The paint and protection unit ensures the primary parts’ final finishing. The protection line includes Alodine, AAC, pickling treatments and passivation of different types of stainless alloys. Painting is carried out under hygrometric and temperature control. A chemical analysis laboratory ensures our treatments' reliability.5
